Asante Bodyworks — Booking Policy

Scope
This Booking Policy applies to all appointments for in-studio (home studio) or mobile (client location) therapeutic massage services provided by Asante Bodyworks in Vancouver and the Vancouver Mainland. Bookings outside these areas may be considered by request (see section 8).

Mandatory Booking Channel
All bookings must be made and confirmed through our website Booking page (Wix Bookings). Bookings made by phone, text, social media, in person, or email are not valid unless Asante Bodyworks has granted a prior written exception and the booking has been entered and confirmed on the website.

How to Book & Deposit

Use the Booking page to select service, date/time, and location option, and to pay the required 30% deposit to secure your spot.

Your appointment is confirmed only when you receive the Wix-generated confirmation email or SMS. Do not assume a slot is reserved until you receive confirmation.

The deposit amount is displayed at checkout. Remaining balance is due at or before the appointment.
a. Location Options (must select at booking) -
At booking you must choose: (a) Studio — Asante Bodyworks’ home studio address, or (b) Mobile — therapist travels to your address within Vancouver/Vancouver Mainland.

Mobile appointments outside Vancouver/Vancouver Mainland require prior approval (see section 8). Any travel fees applicable will be shown at booking.
4.Mobile Appointment Requirements -
For mobile visits provide a safe, clean, private space with adequate floor area and a stable surface for the table, plus parking/access instructions.

If the location is unsafe or unsuitable at arrival, the therapist may cancel or reschedule; cancellation terms may apply.
5. Confirmations, Reminders & Changes -
Confirmations, reminders, and reschedule/cancel links are sent via Wix. To change or cancel a booking, use the reschedule/cancel link in your confirmation email or your Wix account.

If an exception booking was made on your behalf, request modifications through bookings@asantebodyworks@gmail.com; changes will be entered into Wix and you will receive updated confirmation.
6. Exceptions for Accessibility & Technical Issues -
If you cannot book online for accessibility or technical reasons, contact bookings@asantebodyworks@gmail.com to request an exception. Exceptions are granted at our discretion and must be confirmed in writing. Where granted, we will enter the booking into Wix on your behalf.
a. Outside-Area Requests -
For locations outside Vancouver and the Vancouver Mainland, please complete the contact form located at the bottom of our homepage with your location details. Outside-area bookings are considered case-by-case and require written confirmation from Asante Bodyworks before a booking is valid.
7. No Double-Booking & Priority of Website Bookings -
Availability displayed on the website is real-time. Only bookings entered and confirmed through Wix are guaranteed. Attempts to reserve time by other means risk double-booking and will not be honored until confirmed on the website.
8. Payment Processing & Receipts -
Deposits and payments are processed via Wix Payments/Stripe. Asante Bodyworks does not store full card numbers or CVV. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued via the original payment method subject to processor terms.
9. Policy Agreement -
By booking through the website you agree to this Booking Policy and acknowledge that our separate Cancellations & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy also apply. Failure to follow the mandatory booking channel does not relieve clients of applicable fees or cancellation terms.
